This person should be the type of individual who takes deep ownership of their associated responsibility and teams to make sure the company's core values are maintained.
This person should be a self-starter and be someone who is regularly looking at all processes around them with the goal of regular updates.
Talaria is looking for the type of person who looks at a new task and responds with 'I'll try'.
Key Responsibilities Dispatching Assigning available drivers to meet customer needs by accurately and effectively using driver teams from the appropriate locations Ensure drivers are prepared to respond to their planned shifts Driver scheduling Be able to follow instructions to ensure the appropriate team members are being utilized for schedule and impromptu routing needs.
Adjust future schedules to meet upcoming demands as they shift per customer request.
Customer communication and issue resolution Support Talaria customers by ensuring they are fully aware of their requested deliverables and working with the customer to find a solution to their concerns, Escalating to senior Operational leadership if necessary to ensure a customer's needs are fully met.
Account activations for new Cash In Transit customer accounts across the needed software platforms Driver communication and issue resolution Ensure drivers are fully prepared to complete their expected tasks by sharing route information in a timely fashion.
Support drivers when issues arise during delivery routes, Escalating as needed to senior Operational leadership if necessary to ensure the delivery is fully completed.
Administrative tasks Complete all requested administrative documentation and all other tasks to support the tasks within the operations department.
Be able and willing to recommend/advise new implementations to support the growth of the operations department.
Ad hoc requests Be able to pivot into exigent circumstances to support scenarios as they occur to ensure the ongoing workflow within the operations department.
Provide regular feedback on company policies, procedures, and fellow staff members with a focus on driver interactions Be willing and able to advise on recommendations based on internal and external experience to align with the company's core value of continuous improvement.
Qualifications Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong business acumen High attention to detail Proficient in technology especially Google Workspace (GSuite) Proactive qualities with the willingness to learn Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision Must be able to work long hours seated and in front of a computer Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
